Our story
Television Installations UK started back in 2008 with a clear idea: build an installation company that puts customers first — and one day take that standard nationwide.
After years working in retail at Currys, Anthony Nicholson saw the same issue again and again — people were buying great TVs and tech, then being let down by rushed, messy or confusing installations. He set out to do it properly: clear advice, a tidy finish, and customer service that didn't disappear the moment the van pulled away.
The business grew across the North East under the name TVI North East — with TVI simply standing for Television Installations. Through word of mouth and consistent quality, the team completed 4,000+ installations, building a reputation for being reliable, respectful in customers' homes and genuinely helpful long after the job was finished.
From TVI North East to Television Installations UK
Now, the original plan is becoming reality. TVI North East is transforming into Television Installations UK to support a nationwide launch — while keeping the same standards and customer-service values that built the brand in the first place.
Going nationwide — without losing the personal service
Instead of becoming a faceless national company, Television Installations UK is building a network of trusted local AV installers in cities and towns across the country. Every installer brought into the network is hand-picked for professionalism, quality and customer care — because whether the job is in Sunderland or Southampton, customers deserve the same finish.
