TVI UK (also trading as Television Installations UK) is a family-run TV installation and smart home business based in North East England, covering customers UK-wide. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to TVI UK.

When you contact us or book a job, we may collect:

• Address or postcode of the installation
• Job details (TV size, wall type, devices, preferred date, etc.)
• Photos of the wall or area you choose to upload
• Any additional information you include in your message

We only use your information to:

• Respond to your enquiry
• Prepare and send you an accurate quote
• Schedule and deliver your installation
• Contact you about your job (e.g. to confirm a booking or share arrival times)
• Handle any complaints, warranty or aftercare requests

We only share your details with approved engineers working on behalf of TVI UK where this is necessary to carry out your installation (for example, to provide your address and job details to the engineer attending site). These engineers are required to keep your information confidential and to use it only for your job.

Your data is stored securely and access is limited to the team members who need it to deliver your job. We keep enquiry and job records for as long as needed to provide our service, honour our workmanship guarantee, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. When records are no longer needed, we securely delete them.

• Ask us to correct anything that is inaccurate
• Ask us to delete your data, where we're not required to keep it
• Object to or restrict how we use your data
